To ensure a smooth booking process for your tour, please take note of the following important policies:

1.   A minimum of 7 days' notice is required prior to the tour date.

2.   Please be aware that quotes issued for the tour are only valid for 7 days.

3.     To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation,

4.     In the event of a cancelation, the 50% deposit will be applied to cover non-refundable entry fees that have already been secured.

5.   Acceptance to be signed and returned. 

6.    The remaining balance must be settled 10 days before the tour date.

7.     Should you wish to cancel a tour within 10  days of the tour date ,where entry fees are not   applicable,10% of the amount paid will be held as an admin fee. .

8.    These guidelines are designed to facilitate your experience while ensuring all logistical         aspects are managed effectively.
